Ingredients

6-8 meatballs in tomato sauce (link to Meatball and Rigatoni recipe)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 sub rolls

Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Fill each sub roll with 3-4 meatballs along with the tomato sauce. Top each with half of the shredded mozzarella, and a couple of the basil leaves.
  3. Toast in the oven until the cheese is melted and the meatballs are warmed through.
