Ever read a cook book that has an ideal mix of recipes you would like to dream about and imagine eating, and some you just want to run into the kitchen and start making? I feel like this is the book for me. There are many recipes that are so simple and that make me look at an ingredient with a new eye.I admire so much the way they depict their point of view and their love of food through the recipes and the stories. Near the Cornflake Eel recipe is one for the simplest, tastiest French Fries. I love that. Take a look at the “Marjolaine” cake recipe if you need to do some dreaming and baking. This food is so distinctive. It takes me back to France in the best way.
