  • Net weight 2.43 lbs
  • Combo: 12 each of Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella; Spinach; and Four Cheese
  • Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella: plum tomatoes crushed and stewed with basil blended with ricotta and mozzarella
  • Spinach: sauteed with garlic and herbs blended with whole milk ricotta and aged romano cheese
  • Four Cheese: a traditional Italian blend or ricotta, imported parmesan, aged romano, and fresh mozzarella
  • Boil 3- to 4-qts of water; add a pinch of salt and ravioli; reduce to a gentle boil; stir occasionally for 9 to 12 minutes or until desired tenderness, do not overcook; strain in colander and serve
