I am biased because I know and appreciate this chef personally. I have always been an avid fan of his restaurant Hearth. In fact, I will safely say it remains my favorite restaurant in NYC. I love the veal meatballs; they are nothing like my mom’s or grandmothers and sot hey really end up being a refreshing take. They are also covered in sauce. Love that. I also love Marco Canora’s Approach to cooking. It feels here like the perfect mix of professional chef expertise and home cook realism.
