This is a summer greatest hit. There is no way anyone won’t devour this! I like to make it and eat it, freshly assembled and still warm. This salad is also great when combined and allow the flavors to meld together. Serve warm or serve chilled on the patio.

Ingredients

6 large ears fresh corn, shucked

1-2 tablespoons sugar

Kosher salt

2-3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Yield: 3-4 servings
