White Chocolate Pecan Candy Cane Bark
12 ounces (3/4) white chocolate
5 candy canes (roughly 2 1/2 ounces), chopped
1/2 cup @Fishernutbrand pecans, toasted,chopped
1/4 cup golden raisins
1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Transfer to a medium bowl so chocolate cools slightly.
2. Spread chocolate in an even layer on lightly greased foil. Sprinkle & press the pecans, candy canes & golden raisins evenly over the chocolate. Cool. Refrigerate. Break into chunks.
