Pecan Pralines
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
11/2 cups sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
11/2 cups @fishernutsbrand Pecans
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring milk, corn syrup, the sugars, butter, salt & baking soda to a simmer. Cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until 236F (candy thermometer). Stir in vanilla and pecans. Cool 2-3 minutes. Spoon in “rounds” onto greased parchment. Cool.
