    I will admit, sometimes I pick a book to fall in love with knowing fully well that my mom painstakingly edited it. This is one of those books. I love the recipes. They work so well. They are really fun to make and even more fun to eat. I love her spice blends. I love the desserts! I really love the Spicy Potato Cabbage Rolls with Ginger Lemon Sauce, and the Royal Vegetable and Rice Casserole among many….I feel like this book makes all ingredients involved so noble.
