This book has a lot of ideas. When I read it, there were a number of things I wanted to make immediately. I like that the author mixes in some of the harder techniques he loves (and has mastered) and breaks some of them down for us to add here and there. I love the vinaigrettes and some of the pictures inspire my ideas for presenting dishes.
