Cava Cocktail

Serves 1 1½ ounces fresh (chilled) blood orange juice Splash Angostura bitters Squirt fresh lemon juice 4-5 ounces chilled Cava Combine the blood orange juice, bitters and lemon juice in a chilled champagne flute. Top with cava. Stir slightly before drinking.
